|Can anyone identify this corkscrew type branching plant that came in a floral arrangement. I stuck it in water after the flowers died & forgot about it. Several weeks later leaves started to appear.|

|Try Red Curly Willow/Salix matsudana ; it is used in the floral trade. Some is imported, some grown in the US.|
And congratulations for thinking fast to root the cuttings; good for you.
