|Well...that sure sounds like something important! Glad it is nothing to worry about. I sometimes get what feels like an irregular heartbeat, mostly it is at night when I lie down after a very hard day. I nearly panic, then I tell myself to just control my breathing and it seems to correct itself finally. But that sure is a bad feeling, thinking something might be wrong, naturally you don't won't to go to the doctor for nothing, but then you don't want to "wake up dead"!!!|

|My ER doctor (I SWEAR it was John Malkovich researching a part for a movie) was very emphatic in stressing that these things are harmless and that there's nothing to worry about. He said no one knows what causes them, but I am suspicious of caffeine in my own case. I know that the few other times I've had these "floppy fish" feelings it's been when I'm drinking too much coffee. and when I thought back on the day, I remember that I sort of scolded myself earlier in the day for drinking too much coffee...
The end is nothing, the journey is all.
