A very compact species.

The plant has been in Hawai'i for several decades, but has not become an invasive. I've yet to see it flower & make seed.

For a Philodendron, this one tends to stay where you put it. Feed it & treat it well and it will give years of beautiful growth, but takes up little garden space.
