Hi Diann -- thanks for setting up the Hosta 'Cubits' ... this is all going to take some getting used to... anyhooo I"m Terese... I have a postage stamp sized lot in the Itasca, IL ... not a lot of room for hostas ... just the north side of my garage. I also live in an RV Park in Lake Delton, Wisc - where i have all shade and no grass... Much more room for plants up there. ![]() Terese --Leesburg, FL & Lake Delton, Wi |

Hi, y'all! I'm Bev. I have had hosta for years and am running out of room. I started some areas in the front yard this past year only to have our new neighbors-deer-chomp them to the ground! Lovely pics...good to see some (old, lol!) names/faces here:)) |

I'm Molly, Till spring of 2009 I had over 100 different hostas. My life went bellyup so right now I don't know what I have left. A hosta friend rescued a lot of my hostas and hopefully once the weather breaks she'll mail them to me at my new home in Tn. MollyD |

Hi Molly, there is nothing worse than having your world in an uproar. I hope things settle down for you and you are able to have some of your rescued hostas back. :) |

Hi, I'm Polly. I live in cold upstate NY, where we get an average of 200 inches of snow a year to blanket my hostas. I have around 100 cultivars and hope to add more. We live on 63 acres, mostly wooded. So I can stick hostas anywhere for a long ways, and will never run out of room. . I have an online iris nursery, and a small at home nursery, where I see potted hostas among other things. This looks to be a grat cubit.! Good luck Ticker! |

wha, I love my hostas privately. I've been so busy taking pictures of my irises for the website, I seldom take any other pictures other than the grandkids. |

I'm going to do a fairy garden for my granddaughter, so mini hostas would be great for that. Hopefully, maybe, there will be some notice of sales or co-ops for hostas here:) |

Hi there, I am a major hosta collector. My favorites are any that get very large. I also, like ones that have different or unusual coloring...similar to the one on Sylvia's post...no matter the size. At the moment, all I have are duck/bird pictures...WB Nuthatch upside down on limb...watching me take his picture. ![]() |
