This one looks very similar to Dwarf Caladium (Caladium humboldtii 'Marcel') I've read Oglesby is growing them now.
As the leaves get larger they have more white than in this photo.

Mine shown in the photo is a mature plant. The leaves are no bigger than a Quarter. The pot it's in is a 4 in Azalea pot. It could be "Marcel" but the nursery had a tag in them saying" Paper White ". They only had a few and they haven't gotten them in since that I know of. Not that that means it's correct, as I've never seen it anywhere else as "Paper White". Super cute plant that definitely needs to stay in a dish garden or terrarium. Maybe in mass in a small protected bed.
