Mail order planted very small 3 years ago. It is now about 5.5 ft.

It has grown funny I believe from the wind? Or perhaps the way I wound it around stake? There are no branches in one area and it looks odd. Last year I had one tiny bloom in the middle of main trunk.

Any suggestions on the lack of branches, or am I stuck with it this way? Also is the lack of bloom due to immaturity?
