It may be just a tiny, but it is my first iris of the season. Very late this year. This often blooms in late March. I don 't have any information on it. This pretty little purple miniature was here when we bought the house 16 years ago.

It's a beauty Pam.
Thro' all the tumult and the strife I hear the music ringing; It finds an echo in my soul— How can I keep from singing?

It's a real cute one!

Very nice Pam.
I have about a dozen in bud with nothing in bloom yet, but have no small ones to lead the parade.

Yeah!! The little guys should be in everyone's garden. Since you are going to new 'digs', it would be an ideal time to rectify that situation ! Hilarious!

Thanks All!

Yes Dave, an easy fix! The previous owners left two beds of these on either side of the back porch steps. No name, but sharable amounts!

I do have Snow Maiden thanks to Arlyn, but only planted last year. And hope to add a few small oldies: Tid-bit MTB, Knotty Pine SDB and Sambo MDB.

Pam - do you have little paths through that bank of iris? I bet weeding is a bit of a chore! But then, it must really shine when everything is in bloom. Smiling
