It may be just a tiny, but it is my first iris of the season. Very late this year. This often blooms in late March. I don 't have any information on it. This pretty little purple miniature was here when we bought the house 16 years ago.
I did a little work in the gardens this afternoon and found that I have bloom stalks and buds on another NOID purple miniature, De Nile, Blackcurrant, Champagne Elegance and Blatant. Yippee!! Won't be long now!!
Pam - do you have little paths through that bank of iris? I bet weeding is a bit of a chore! But then, it must really shine when everything is in bloom.
