Maybe one of these?

Look at Ranunculus ficaria, lesser celandine http://www.dcnr.state.pa.us/cs/groups/public/documents/docum...

and Chelidonium majus , greater Celandine http://www.dcnr.state.pa.us/cs/groups/public/documents/docum...

That is what I was thinking, especially those leaves. I can't see the flowers that well.

I thought Alchemilla at first but the flowers don't match so I think it's two intermingled plants maybe? The flowers and attached leaves look like golden saxifrage, Chrysosplenium, but a close up of them would help.

Yes it's the flowers that I don't know. I'm enclosing a closer look at a small new plant. And they do have foliage from Aquilegia coming up through them. Hope this helps.

Who said Chrysosplenium alternifolium? I matched it up and yes it is golden saxifrage. Thank you everyone for your thoughts. Sometimes I need a push in the right direction♄
