I started a new JMG to play with...the flower photo is what it could look like if I am lucky. I like the reddish color in the cotyledons.

I will replace the flower photo when the plant blooms.

I was noticing the cots too .. strange. I love shredded MG's.

The leaf shape appears to be long and narrow.

It's probably fair to say I can remove the trellis. This plant isn't going to make a vine.

I like the curly side lobes. The plant is making a vine. I totally thought it would remain a dwarf form. Click on photo for better image.

The flowers are amazing. Awesome little angels. Look at it curly tips of the petals. Instant love.

Not sure I would recognize it as a MG, if I just saw it growing out somewhere.

At first glance I probably wouldn't either but the anthers and pistil are definitely identifiable as MG.
