Climbing on tree stems in deep shade, I thought maybe a Codonanthe, there are 6 species for the area but none of them match..

One amongst them is Coconanthe devosiana, and I found lots of pics in our database, it does look like my plant, but doesn't match the herbarium examples in the Flora do Brasil! Confused

I think I was on the wrong track, it couldn't be a Codonanthe as the leaves are not placed opposite! Rolling my eyes.

I came across one similar while search for vines in the Atlantic rainforest Myriam, I was looking for your fruiting vine. I looked at the others in the same family, presto! Thumbs up
