I planted this over 10 years ago, no records:)

it's about 30 inches tall and spreads. In bloom now, June bloom.

it may have had variegated leaves at one time. Ideas?

Very pretty.
Look at Lysimachia punctata-Yellow Loosestrife and see if that's it.
