Control Those Weeds: Poison Ivy

By paulgrow

This is the fourth in a series that will offer descriptions and control measures for some of the most common weeds. For the most part I will be referring to weeds found in the Midwest because that’s where I live and these are the ones I’m most familiar with.

When I worked for the nature park I found more than one plant that did not make the plant listed on the USDA map. Only when it is properly ID and a notice is sent in to USDA do they include it in their map. I found some unusual plants but certainly not rare plants, it's just no one bothered to report the their finds before I noticed them.
