Right now, all the data fields in the database belong to one of two groups:

1) Primary Data Details (affects all plants in the database)

2) a single custom database (we make a specific kind of data item for a specific kind of database, like roses or daylilies)

I am going to add a third category of data fields, that I can create and then specify which database get it. If you saw this thread: then you know that we have fields that will be going into 25 or more databases. I'm going to put them in one place and then mark off all the databases that apply to it. This way I'm only maintaining this stuff in one place and when future databases want the same data, I simply need to add them to the list and we're done.
