I would also like to know what program that you like to edit your pics with. Mine are just straight off the SD card. I need to improve on my skills. I am sure we have many that can help. Buddy"s Black Jack Last Snowflake Bee Kind, make the world a better place. |

Teresa, I use PIcasa which is a free download. I use it mostly to crop. Also can make collages with it. Love that last shot. |

WOW that gazebo among so many flowers it's beautiful!! So many stunning shots here! I love this shot I took some week ago, I tried to capture the glow of the petals. It's Awakening Spirit. You need to enlarge the pic! Sabrina, North Italy My blog: http://hemerocallis.info |

I love the closeups!! The last shot is from the new Madisonville dl club. Laura is the president and also sells under Teaguewood. Here is her link and it shows the gazebo too :) http://daylilyfans.com/teaguew... She is working for green throats and uses a lot of Shooter plants. ![]() ![]() Bee Kind, make the world a better place. |

![]() now I need some beautiful DL's that I can't find in Italy!!! But I guess the travel across the sea could be too much for a poor plant! Sabrina, North Italy My blog: http://hemerocallis.info |

My daughter is coming to Paris for her 10th anniversary in Sept. Yes with the price of flights it would be kinda pricey! Maybe you can do some research and find a source closer to home for the newer dls. Bee Kind, make the world a better place. |

Oh Paris, what a beautiful city! She will love it! There are a couple of reputable nursery (not near) in Italy, but now I'm looking for a specific DL (back in black) and it's not sold here. ![]() Maybe seeds would be less expensive to ship, but will they produce a true black DL? This is the first year 'Prairie Wildfire' has bloomed in my beds. It is perhaps one of the most favorite shots I took all year. But, it is my new favorite red. ![]() |

This is my favorite black red.... Teresa, I try not to edit the pictures but when I do its is with the free Cannon software that came with my camera... And sometimes I take photo's with my smart phone... ![]() |

Nice one, it is really black and that offsets the midrib. I just mainly crop but rarely do that. So mine are not the best but it is just faster to upload from the card. Bee Kind, make the world a better place. |

I take all the pics in the garden with my phone, Lumia 830. Closeups, also. I never edit pics, just crop sometimes Sabrina, North Italy My blog: http://hemerocallis.info |

Really like the close ups you folks are posting! Sabrina you really caught the glow on Awakening Spirit! You folks are reminding me to take some pictures, my dayliies have just started blooming, off to charge the camera battery. If you want to be happy for a lifetime plant a garden!
