The dark spots are not black spot they are just mottled and the blooms are as you can see drooping.Thank you

The mottled, marbled appearance of some leaves would make me suspect rose mosaic virus, which is not fatal or contagious, but can be unsightly at times. The drooping bloom could be due to many things: excessive heat, underwatering, stems that are too weak to support the heavy blooms, and a host of other causes.
