Tressa,

I'm happy you enjoyed it too Hurray!

Lisa was so kind to share the story. And quiet a few members have shared fans. Those, with a few I purchased have my bed going. However, I'm always looking for other ways to expand it though. :whistling:

After all, I've only a drop in the bucket compared to what are available out there.

I tip my hat to you.

Wonderful story. I wish I could place a stone there.

I can send you a fan of Indian Sky and Apache Beacon for postage. T-mail me when you are ready for them if you want either. I like both a lot.

I used to grow Iroquois Chief, but don't think I have any left. Sold it to a number of people on this forum so sure someone has it. Also there is an Iroquois, Iroquoise Maiden and Iroquois Warrior.

4 years later, I'm jumping on the bandwagon. Southeast Massachusetts (where I grew up) has to represent.

Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Wampum') (no pic)

What's wampum, you ask?
https://indiancountrytoday.com...

For the record, I've seen many whelk and quohog shells in my day, but none have been red. That's ok because this one is a beauty.

Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Massasoit') (no pic)

Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Samoset') (no pic)

For that matter...the state is named after a Native American ethnic group.
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Massachusetts') (no pic)
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Pride of Massachusetts') (no pic)

Sadly, no notable amount of Native American DNA here...just Scots-Irish and Portuguese.
Hardy hibiscus are a hobby, but daylilies are an obsession.

Greywood's Spirit Hawk Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Greywoods Spirit Hawk')

This bloomed like crazy for me when I had it. It is very lovely. Grows vigorously too.

I havent read through all of the post yet so some of these might be repeats. Alabama Wildfire, Bear Claws, Facepaint, First Horizon, Great White Dove, Lillians Shadow Dancer, Medicine Feather, Palomino Pet, Scream and Shout, War Horse some of these were kinda iffy. I tip my hat to you. to the wonderful idea.
