For all you Caladium Lovers this is a reminder that the Annual caladium festival is this week-end here in Beautiful Lake Placid, FL. The festival starts on Friday the 24th and runs thru Sunday the 26th.
It's an awesome little hometown festival with Great food, wonderful arts and crafts and Yes, Lots and Lots of caladiums!!
We will be having an open house this week-end at my main warehouse where we will have the grill out cooking gourmet Hot Dogs with fixins and the fridge will be full of water and soft drinks.
I will also be taking folks out to the fields for an upclose and personal experience with the caladiums. Bring a Camera!!!

I'll be going (this will be my second time) with a few girl-friends. It's a long drive for us; so we'll be leaving around 7:30 AM on Friday. We missed the fields trip a few years ago as the weather had left them in bad condition. Looking forward to it this time though.
