I didn't realize that by giving an acorn, I was giving away MY acorn, LOL. I've only been here about a week or so - still learning :P Sighing!

Hilarious! There are two types of acorns.

I guess you already found out where the more costly acorn is...at the bottom right of a person's post, just next to the green 'thumbs up'. Click on that acorn and you will be asked how many of your acorns you want to give away.

There is another way to use an acorn.
Look at the bottom of the message space and see all the emoticons. Near the left is a 'free' acorn...you can acorn a person like this
Acorn Acorn Acorn Acorn Acorn Acorn Acorn and it won't cost a thing.

I think I figured that out before giving my first. I learned that you can give portions of acorns, too. I noticed I got a half acorn somehow. So now I passed that on to you. Smiling I never noticed the freebies, until Greene pointed that out. Neat! Acorn And welcome to the forum!
