|this is what I woke up to the on Monday morning..
and some of the destroyed lily beds
they are under all the trees in this pic and flatttened
and then this is the shed
I put Kurshi Maya in the backyard to protect it from the sun......... The shed was its cover and it was right beside it.......... Well it showed up.............4 doors down the road by this
when you consider the lily pot was picked up and just put down and NO damage to the plant at all that is totally amazing. I will be buying more of these In the fall...........
this is Kirsha Maya this morning

|So very sorry to hear about the tornado damage.
It will take a lot of time and effort to clean that up .
Hopefully most of the lilies that were damaged, will make a strong comeback next year and the insurance will take care of the other damage.
I'm very surprised that you still have petals on some of your lilies and 'Kushi Maya' indeed looks like a little miracle.

|I talked to Nigel at the Lily Nook and Joyce last night and they said to use 10/10/10 and fertilize them all really good now.........and hope for the best over the winter
most of the other lily beds are so flattened that you can not see anything but a bunch of leaves.....
but the trees on top of them likely helped that...........
I hope the lilies are all ok
and like you said Insurance will take care of the rest.........
Kushi Maya is the best..........
that lily will hold a very special place in my heart for sure......
the lilies in the front were not damaged at all.......
the backside took the worst hit of all of the house........but that was on the tornado path.....
