Summer needs to be longer. Of course it would if I moved more south but that is not gonna happen.

I am not too sure what the difference between fall veggies and late fall veggies will be but I guess I will find out when those weeks roll around. For me fall or maybe it would be late fall veggies would be a second crop of certain types of things one planted in the spring. You know like fall peas and midsummer planted root crops that are ready by fall.

Fall veggies is focused on greens, brassicas, etc. Things like spinach, lettuce, broccoli, and so forth. The kinds of things you would plant to grow in the fall and even into the winter.

So then late fall veggies would be things like pumpkins and winter squashes?

Thumbs up On Rutabagas.

My swiss chard I have always planted in the spring. That is in years I got around to planting it at all.

I love broccoli, I should probably try that as a fall crop. I even have seeds right now.
