I've been wanting one of these for a long, long time! Yours is beautiful Dave!

Me too, I just read that they can't ship to Calif. or Arizona. I didn't read that earlier. Crying

That is really impressive for a "mail-order plant" !!

I'd have to re-gift it too, but I bet it wouldn't be too hard to find someone that would want it nodding

Wow, that is really beautiful, and I love supporting great companies like that. Sadly, I don't really have space for a crepe myrtle in my garden plans. If it came down to it, though, I just might *make* room for it, LoL. Very nice tree and company. Smiling I'm glad they sent you one, too!

I paid probably $40-50 for a black diamond crepe myrtle (red) at a big box store 2 years ago. It wasn't half the size of the one they sent Dave. If I don't win the NARR, I'll be spending money with PlantMeGreen in sept. nodding

Sandy, you could always grow it in a container and move it indoors over winter! Green Grin!

LOL, Lin... DH seems to think that I already bring too much stuff inside for the winter, for some reason Shrug!

I sure wish it wouldn't be so expensive to heat a greenhouse!!

Since I am usually Not the Winner of Contests (but I love to participate!), let it be known I will gladly take that beautiful Crepe Myrtle off the hands of anyone who is out of Zone. I will even name it after you with a pretty little plant sign and think kind thoughts of you every time I water it!
