I agree This is one big family of orchid lovers. Some of them ( Whistling ) are enablers too.

Karen, there are ever so many classes of orchids and scents vary so between individual varieties within the classes. I highly recommend a road trip, Carter and Holmes is about an hour from your home, they are in Newberry, just a few minutes off I-26. They have thousands of orchids you can sniff to your hearts content. They could also direct you to the most fragrant ones. Bear in mind they have many, many greenhouses and sensory overload is a problem. You will see orchids in your sleep afterwards. Smiling
