Acorns from dwarf Live Oak?

Orange County, CA (Zone 10a)
I have a dwarf Live Oak I grew from an acorn - - germinated about 4 years ago. Can I get this thing to produce mini-acorns? It's budding quite a bit and I've decided to hit it with bloom fert to see what will happen. Pics attached.

Old, fat, and gardening in OH
With bonsai (the closest example I can think of) the least reduceable are bloom and fruit size.
