I have no idea what this is and have never saw one before this. I took this pic at the Springfield Conservation Center trail walk yesterday.

It is about 4-6 inches tall, was found in full shade with alot of leaf litter and rotted wood. We have had alot of rain this year and some recent so I'm thinking it must like moisture. Has a white almost clear color that I would describe as 'ghost-like'.
