This is in a planter on the side of my driveway. At first I thought some kind of oak seedling, but it does not look like any of the others scattered everywhere in my jungle.

Maybe a type of Oak, Quercus.

possible...guess I'll pull it out of the planter and put it in it's own pot to see how it grows/looks come spring. The leaves at this point are not really that serrated, which to me says Shrug!

Looks like an Oak of some sort to me too but I have no clue which one it might be. You can compare to oak leaf images here: https://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/pdff...
