Many pics of pansies have large dark spots but this one doesn't.

Also, my photography is lacking. The flower looks whiter in person.

Could you show the leaves , but looks like Vinca to me. Rose Periwinkle (Catharanthus roseus 'Pacifica Mix')

I recognize that foliage instantly. They are one of my FAVORITES! Sadly I cannot grow them here because of the downy mildew scourge Sad
