@paul2032, none of the pictures you posted are T. tricolor (zuzu suggested it might be a Cuphea. Please see The thread "Tropaeolum tricolor (tricolorum)" in Plant Database forum at the Plant Database Forum.

Paul probably has gone to sleep, but those photos are too nice to delete, so I'm going to take it upon myself to decline the delete proposals and to move the images instead.
