I came upon a bunch of free pots a few months ago. I had used up most of my pots or given them away. I didn't need them, but I knew by spring I would. I couldn't pass them up. I store pots in the greenhouse for use during the spring and summer. But now I have to make room for plants for winter. I have an old potting bench outside that I use for the rare repotting in the winter time when my potting bench in the GH is in use holding plants. So I used my pots and some left over tiles from our recent remodel to devise a shelf to overwinter and hold the pot collection. Pix coming.

I love it. It's a great idea and it's so neat and orderly. Thumbs up I need to do something similar to tidy up the clutter in my potting area. Whistling

Thanks @Deebie. It wasn't like that 4 days ago. I have been working all over the yard for 4 straight days. Finally. Things are getting in order. Keeping things clear and flat lets me blow off the leaves with ease and not disturb too much else. I have about 5 more weeks before the leaves really start coming down.

I'll be ready to move plants in as soon as Mom Nature lets me know. In the meantime, if the weather would cool down a little, I am ready to shovel mulch into the backyard beds.
