76496 and 86754 and 76497 all appear interchangeable to me.
Nothing that's been done can ever be changed.

76496 is the entry for the species: Blue Daze (Evolvulus glomeratus)

76497 is the entry for a cultivar of that species:

I see what you mean about this. Someone confused the common name with a cultivar name. I'll merge those two entries.

I think you must have written the number down wrong for the third one. 86754 is Xeranthemum annuum: Immortelle (Xeranthemum annuum)

I see what you did. You meant to type 86759: Evolvulus glomeratus 'Blue Daze.' I'll merge that with the species also because it's another common name for the species.
