Woe is me. My temporary greenhouse in the garage is more than half filled. I don't have a clue where I am going to put everything I still have to move. Crying I may have to go back to the way I used to store my plumeria and un-pot a bunch, rinse the soil off the roots, trim the leaves, and bag them up. I am also having to cut many of my larger plants back, and I expect to have perhaps three dozen fresh cuttings.

My cuttings are always plump, extra-long, and freshly cut. If anyone would like to get some cuttings/rooted plants at a great price, now is the time to tell me via T-Mail.

The cuttings are $7.50 ea. and the rooted plants are $10.00 each. That's a minimum of a 50% discount. The order must be a minimum of two plants. All varieties are equally priced. Shipping is additional and depends on what part of the country you live in.

This is the last call for bromeliads, gingers, orchids, and plumeria. I have finished the cuttings of the plumeria and now have a complete inventory of what's available. Contact me via T-Mail if you have interest in any of these plants. All plants are discounted, some as much as 50%. I need to reduce my inventory before winter sets in. You can see what I have on my website (other than the updated plumeria listing).

That's what I would do, David. As I said, I have never really had much of any luck rooting/grafting plumeria in the fall/winter months. I did just pot up another four yesterday that have rooted. Those were cut the first week of September and put into perlite 9/15. It took them two months to root. These are fast-rooting plumeria, normally taking 3-4 weeks to root in mid-summer. I still have about a dozen left in that bucket. It will be interesting to see if they root this fall. They are outside in sun when it is warm/dry, but will otherwise stay in my "Everything Else" greenhouse over the fall/winter months along with two more buckets filled with cuttings taken over the last two weeks.

Hi, Ken! The plumeria that I bought last year are doing well. (Remember, Ms. Mendy brought them to me in Ocean Springs.) I was in your neck of the woods last weekend. Brought my son to MSU for a student visit, but I just didn't have time to look you up and visit! Chase has definitely decided to attend MSU, so I'm sure I'll be making many trips there in the next few years. Then I can get more plumeria, maybe some bromeliads, etc. It was nice seeing you here! Thanks, Julie

Welcome! Julie. I sent you Mrs. Mayfield's cell number. I am a regular poster on ATP. I like to chat (as most folks that follow the same forums as I will attest Whistling )
