These small dandelion-looking plants are flowering now in November in South Georgia, zone 8b. The yellow flowers are very delicate. Thanks so much for your help!

It reminds me of Asiatic False Hawksbeard (Youngia japonica) too; a weed that we have growing everywhere here in Florida. Green Grin!
