These small dandelion-looking plants are flowering now in November in South Georgia, zone 8b. The yellow flowers are very delicate. Thanks so much for your help!

I was gonna say Cat's Ear (Hypochoeris radicata) but there is no photo in our database to show you. Shrug!

It reminds me of Oriental False Hawksbeard (Youngia japonica) too; a weed that we have growing everywhere here in Florida. Green Grin!
