One had been an entry in last year's ATP Photo Contest and the other may not have been owned by the person who entered it.

I didn't even read the rules this year. My bad. I did see one I remembered and it made me reconsider some of my previous entries that I thought were worthy and did re-submit a prior entry or two. They didn't make the cut to the top either time. Lesson learned. Re read the rules every year and old is bad unless its cheese and wine and a few of us.

I started to worry that I might have entered a picture that was entered last year but I looked at last years pictures and I am alright........

Maybe not good for others, but this all worked out okay for me. Because my ISP told me I had malware, during about two weeks which I couldn't make internet connection; I finally had my computer in the shop and would not have been able to vote unless it had been extended. I enjoy voting, and missed voting the original round. (But DIDn't have virus and/or malware) it WAS my ISP problem!! (Sorry, just had to rant a little.)
