my new 'Blue Ribbon' badge won't move!

Being so excited at having won a blue ribbon I naturally want to show it off on my profile. I've moved it to the no. 2 spot on my profile 5 times and every time it jumps back in the queue as if it's being shy...

Probably too complicated, but wouldn't it be fun if clicking on someone's blue ribbon badge took you directly to the photo?

I think it would be neat if the winning pics of the contests that are on one's profile page were so designated.
Nothing that's been done can ever be changed.
