Growing in a small botanical garden's conservatory - small tree or large plant
Inquiry is about the stemmed plants specifically though I don't know what the large center plant is either.

Nothing that's been done can ever be changed.

Looks like Dragon Tree (Dracaena marginata 'Tricolor') to me. The one in the middle reminds me of Spineless Yucca (Yucca gigantea)
