This beautiful plant was found as just a small sprig in our parking garage... Now getting bigger and want to know how to properly care for her! Thank you for any help you can provide

I agree your lovely plant is Crown of Thorns (Euphorbia milii) A beautiful plant indeed ... if you don't mind thorns. Green Grin!
