A Plectranthus (like Cuban Oregano, P. ambionicus or parviflorus?)

It could be Cuban oregano, the leaves are similar but the zigzag design on the outer edge is partial, not like Cuban oregano. But plants do have a way of evolving, so it could be Cuban oregano, a sure way would be the smell. Lol... it could very well be Cuban oregano. Thanks. :)

Happy to suggest. :+) In your location, it could be a similar looking plant I've never heard of...
