Any idea of what it might be called? Was aptly described in the Beefriends thread as Dr. Seussian.

Looks somewhat like a Med fly. Mediterranean Fruit Fly. Just a late night guess.

Hamilton Square Garden, Historic City Cemetery, Sacramento California.
