Anyone know what type of cactus this is? It was gifted to me & I always get questions about it that I can't answer. Any ideas or info would be helpful. Peace.

Looks like Mammillaria elongata

I don't know cacti but it does look a lot like Ladyfinger Cactus (Mammillaria elongata)
