I have a few roses which were growing pretty well till last week when I noticed that the center leaves and buds of quite a few of them were curled together. The buds do not open fully and die off earlier during development. The problem seems to occur only in some parts of the same plant. I am very new to roses and do not understand the reason for this. If anyone can recognize the cause and provide a solution please post a reply. I am posting a few pictures of the infected roses below
I am pretty new to this forum and if any more info is needed, please ask. Thanks in advance.

It would help to know where you are located, but it looks as if your roses have had too much water. Some blooms with a lot of petals will "ball" in wet weather and never open. Also the spots on the leaves are a fungus - also more prevalent in humid conditions.
And, welcome to the rose forum!

Are these 3 different plants? That symptom does look worrisome, but I'm not sure what it is...

These are 3 different plants.. Seems like it is infact fungal infection. I gave them a shot of systemic fungicide and they are better now.
