I ordered Old Friends from the Rice's Throughbred Garden the year it was introduced, it most certainly will always be in my garden. I like that the scapes are tall, sturdy and well branched with a very good budcount. The flowers are so beautiful with a polychrome appearance in coloration along with being 6.5 inches in size they make a lovely display.
