Well here we go! Lots to follow as the bloom stalks are shooting up all over now!

Here's my first. My SDB noid yellow. Super vibrant in the garden. Grows like crazy and always the first to bloom. Has an irridencent edge and slight diamond dust

Next up Maui Moonlight. Always a super pretty pale yellow and always second to bloom. Shoot up tons of stalks.

"Thriller" Love this color. But I can't ever seem to get a good picture of this iris. Doesn't matter what I do.

This fuchsia color is really hard to capture on a camera. Pretty iris!

Thanks Leslie and Bonnie! Just waiting for the big dogs to start blooming now. It makes my so simple ones not as exciting anymore unfortunately. I love to see the first one bloom but then I long to see all the big ruffled TB's start.

Yup -- I feel the same way, Jen. I hunker down and examine all the details of the little guys -- delighting in every aspect. Then the TB's start -- and I hardly look at the SDB's anymore. I'm a bad Iris-mom........................ Sad

Not a bad Iris mom Mary Ann, I'm beginning to think it's completely normal. That's why they start first. They are shriveled up by the time the TBs start. Thumbs up
