|'Moonstruck' grew beautifully for me for a couple of years. Then a friend asked for a division and after I divided it, it pouted for the rest of the season. After a number of years of poor growth, I divided it once more to grow in two different locations. It didn't really matter. I've decided this one was a prissy little prima dona that was not worth the effort and the remaining bits I have will all go to plant sales this spring. It is a small hosta, a sport of H. 'Dress Blues'. The description says, "Upright blue hosta has a wide, creamy-white pattern in the centre of each long, narrow blue leaf." I've never thought of it as anything other than white with a bluish margin. I'd love to see some pictures of one that likes to grow. I've tried since 2007.

I'm trying to grow it. Some are pushing up new leaves but it sounds like I'll never be dividing them.
