I planted allegro poppies from pots two years ago. Both plants grow healthy green leaves but neither has sprouted a bud in two years. Any idea why I just get leaves? Thanks

I've read that too much nitrogen can cause them not to bloom. Do you fertilize them?

I haven't fertilized recently, but will have the soil checked. Thanks
