Our bloom season is starting up here in Utah and I am still here in rehab for my broken hip. My daughter brought me a bouquet of mediums and I look forward to getting home and seeing my neglected garden. Our first Utah Iris Society show is next weekend with another show two weeks later. I'm hoping to be home soon enough to be able to see the second show. I have missed being at home and keeping up with chat on the Iris Forum. I've been looking at the iPad occasionally but find it technologically frustrating. I look forward to seeing bloom season and all of your gardens.

Paul -- it is SO good to hear from you!!! I'm so glad to hear that you'll be going home soon. What rotten luck that this had to happen at this time of year. I hope that you get home in time to see most of your blooms!!

It's a relief to know that you're doing well. Been missing you on here and wondering how you were doing. Glad you can at least get home soon. Do your physical therapy and you'll be chasing the nurses in no time. Hilarious!

My insurance requires that I do 3 1/2 hours of therapy a day. Part of the time is spent on upper body exercise for aerobics. About 2 hours regaining use and building strength in the rebuilt hip. Every day or two someone goes home and there are new faces of others just starting their therapy. Thanks for your kind comments.

@Paul2032

Paul, you came back just in time. I was starting to get questions about you and Florence said she hadn't been in contact for about three weeks, so I had no new news.\

Do you remember what whites with red beards you have or had in 2014? My Ozark Rebounder which I think you brought has a number of stalks, first bloom and it is a white with red beard. Most of the ones I've found are too ruffled. I remember there is one with Ice in its name and it didn't come up with the description of white self with red beard. I'll keep searching, but am going out for awhile. Christmas Rubies didn't come up either and its description says red orange beard.
