What's eating my margarita potato plant?

I live in joshua texas.
I can't figure out what's eating my plant.
I put bud light beer out in a canister 2 catch snails/slugs, but no luck there.

If what you're seeing is holes all over the leaves, look at the underneath of the leaves for pretty golden beetles like this:
