I happened across this article from last year. Dr. Mercola is your basic on line go to guru for staying healthy. Exercise, gardening, and eating well are his basic prescriptions for staying healthy and living long.

|Nice article! I had read that Mercola was a big believer in wood chips but I'm not 100% sold on bringing in utility tree trimmings.|
