Hello,
I'm looking for something that is compact, low growing, with chartreuse, yellow, or gold leaves with no flowers (what is that called - greenery with no flowers?) to add some contrast to a perennial garden, preferably a perennial. Can you help?

Don't squat with yer spurs on!

People try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved
