This vine, currently in bloom on my sister's fence in northern Virginia (zone 7a), has me stumped. The flowers remind me of Digitalis (Foxglove), but the leaves sure don't. I'm hoping that someone knows what it is!
I can ask her to send closeups if that would help.

Whatever it is, I want it, lol! Sorry I can't help; it's beautiful, though.
