Jo Ann, I am sure the experts will be along soon to provide you with info. Must have been a busy weekend for all of them. Glad to hear you enjoyed your weekend sale experience. |
Jo Ann, do you have photos from other seasons? |

No I don't. The red was even deeper earlier in the season. Lynn I may have done something that I was not supposed to do. I went on the data base and saw at leat 4 or 5 Danji so i just added my picture. Then I read the thread where Chris asked you to post the Orostachys picture and wondered if I made a mistake. Feel free to take my picture out of the data base....Especially if you are sure it is not the real Danji and let me know if I am not supposed to post there but send them to you first. Seems like there are a few "Danji" out there.! ![]() |
Jo Ann I don't see your photo entered in the database under 'Danji'? You can post your own photos to the database, Chris needed a new entry added to the database because we didn't have Orostachys japonica 'Tsushima' in the database yet. |

You can post pictures in the database yourself directly, but IMO you should be at bit cautious. There's always the chance of an error, I recall having to recall a photo I entered. So now my personal method is to only post pictures of plants that seem consistent with known correct pictures and have come from a responsible source. I no longer consider my local nurseries to be responsible sources. The semp specialty internet mail order nurseries and folks on this forum I consider to be responsible, but not infallible. |

Hey Tim and all - I began making notations on my plant list, where and when I received my plants, in this way if someone later says they have the wrong plant I can look at my plant list and see if I got it from the same source, or from them ![]() ![]() |
