Can anyone give me more information on this plant . I think it is an annual, has fern like feathery leaves and daisy- like blue flowers.

.I saw the plant in an arrangement at the flower market and am interested in getting the plant separately. The name given to me was brashcome.

They are very cute and very easy to grow from seed, too. I've had them self-seed here.
